What A/V equipment is included with the room?

The room comes with a 65-inch flat-screen TV with an HDMI connection, a whiteboard with markers, and a conference call speakerphone. Projectors and screens are available to rent for an additional fee.

Is there Wi-Fi available, and is it reliable?

Yes, we have high-speed Wi-Fi available for all guests. The password will be provided to you upon arrival. It's a dedicated network for our meeting rooms, so it's very stable.

Do you offer catering, or can we bring our own food and drinks?

We have an in-house catering menu with options for coffee, pastries, and lunch. You are also welcome to bring in your own catering, but please be aware there is a $50 cleaning fee for outside food.

Is there on-site technical support in case of a problem?

Yes, our front desk staff is trained to handle basic A/V issues. For more complex problems, we can reach out to our on-call tech support, who can usually assist within 15 minutes.

Is there parking available for our guests?

We have a dedicated parking lot with 20 spaces. Parking is free for all of your attendees. The lot can sometimes fill up quickly during peak hours, so we recommend carpooling if possible.

Is the room and building wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our building and all meeting rooms are fully ADA compliant. There is a ramp at the main entrance and an elevator to access all floors. The meeting room entrance is also wide enough for a wheelchair.
