How many person can stay in this Room ?
In Master Suite room 4 Adults can stay. More than 10 years child will be need an extra bed. Extra bed rent BDT 2,300 per bed per night.
What is the Complimentary breakfast policy ?
Maximum 2 Adults (per bed room) are entitling for complimentary breakfast against room rate. Maximum 2 children bellow 5 years can stay in the room with parents and can enjoy the complimentary breakfast with parents. Extra child (from 5 to 10 years) breakfast charge will be BDT 600 per day and adult (more than 10 years) must need to include one extra bed.
What is the Swimming Pool Policy ?
To keep the swimming pool neat and clean, we kindly request to all our guest to wear appropriate synthetic swimming Costume, for example: Men- only synthetic sports shorts, Women- only Long synthetic Sports Leggings & synthetic sports T-shirt (Only 1 hour, from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm).
Is Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Possible ?
Generally, early check-in is possible, if there is a vacant room available upon arrival. We cannot guarantee you an early check-in since it depends on the hotel only. It is necessary to book your hotel accommodation 1 day ahead for a guaranteed early check-in, same like Late check-out
Is there a minibar in the room?
Yes, your room includes a stocked minibar with drinks and snacks. Minibar items are usually chargeable. Prices can be found on the minibar menu in your room.
What bathroom amenities are provided?
Complimentary toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, and dental kits. Each room is equipped with a hair dryer for guest use.
Is Hot water available 24 hours?
Yes, both hot and cold water are available around the clock. Use the faucet or shower mixer to adjust to your preferred temperature.
Does the hotel offer express laundry service?
Yes, express laundry service is available. Items submitted before the cut-off time are typically returned within the same day. Please refer to the laundry list for details.
Are there any hidden Charges?
No, all the above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge & 15% Govt. VAT.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
- Cancellation 7 (Seven) days or more will refund the advance payment.
- Less than 7 (Seven) days, but more than 3 (Three) days—the first night room will be charged.
- 3 (Three) days or less - Full booking charge.
- 3% online bank transaction charges will be applicable for the refund process.
- 100% will be charged for a no-show.
- Within 15 (Fifteen) working days, your advance money will be refunded to your bank account.
